Holiday Inn Express & Suites Belleville (Airport Area) by IHG

I spent 3 nights visiting with my granddaughter and great granddaughters. I was surprised by the exceptional comfort of the bed and pillows. We swam and enjoyed the hot tub. Breakfast was fresh with many healthy choices. I used the shuttle to the airport which was very convenient. All staff were professional and courteous. We ran into one problem with the shower knob and maintenance was there within minutes and fixed the problem immediately. The price was very affordable. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

I stayed at this hotel unexpectedly after my flight was delayed until the next day, and it turned out to be a really pleasant surprise. From the moment I arrived, the staff were kind, efficient, and genuinely understanding of travel stress, which immediately set the tone for the stay. Check in was smooth, the room was clean and quiet, and the bed was extremely comfortable, which mattered a lot after a long travel day. One of the biggest highlights was the convenient bus service to DTW that runs every hour. It made getting to the airport the next morning completely stress free and removed the need to worry about parking or ride shares. The shuttle was on time, easy to access, and well organized. The hotel also offered a continental breakfast that was perfect for a quick start to the day.

Stayed here twice before and after a flight from Detroit Metro Airport.|The people are nice. The facility is your typical HIE and seemed to be in good shape.|Parking is scarce. Both nights we had to drive around and finally found a spot. We were a long way from our rooms both times. It wasn’t even a weekend—both times it was an average weeknight.|Breakfast was very average………have had much better quality and assortments at many motels as we have traveled.|Coffee was awesome—they have new machines (2). Great stuff.|Lady was working hard at breakfast keeping things tidy and the food replenished. Things were under control.

Was scheduled for early morning flight and didn't want to chance with the weather being late so I stayed here the night before. I had read mixed reviews but thought I would give it a shot and glad I did. Check in was super easy. Brianna was very pleasant and helpful. She got me all set up for my shuttle in the morning. Hotel had a nice big lobby seating area with free hot coffee, tea, or hot chocolate, along with big TV to watch. There was a small business center area you could utilize to print boarding passes or whatever. The first floor also housed a nice pool and hot tub. I didn't utilize but went in and took a look. We love this place for nights-prior-to-early-flights at DTW... Their shuttle service (especially the driver Jordan who is so friendly!) and the ability to park your car for the duration of your trip is really great. Comfortable beds and delicious breakfast too! The indoor pool looks pretty but I haven't swam in it yet - hopefully next time.
