Positive: Location and free parking. Negative: Our room was in terrible shape. I took photos.our door was unfinished repaint and there was paint on floors and furniture. TV did not work. No stopper in bathtub. Damaged shelves in fridge. Beds clean.

I had a horrible experience. Granted, I knew this hotel was a little sketchy but the quality of service/ condition of the room was unacceptable. My door literally could not lock. And when I mentioned this to the front staff before laying down for bed I was told that I should have told them earlier. Excuse me? You should have never sold me a room that was unsafe! Not to mention there were bullet holes or drill holes throughout the room. I didn't feel safe, and I was unable to get these issues resolved. Not okay at all.

My room was on the first floor and had a noticeable musty smell. The air conditioner produced the same odor, so I had to turn it off. On a cold night this made the stay quite uncomfortable.

Definitely nothing “Plus” about this place. The staff were completely uninterested. They clearly didn’t want to be there. The room was passable. Floors were coming up. No chairs, no refrigerator, not even a bath mat. Bed was clean and comfortable enough. Comings and goings all night. This place is used for hook ups and it’s obvious from the moment you arrive. It was noisy with people roaming corridors all night. Poor state of repair and I wouldn’t stay here again.

I stayed at this location for 4 nights. The room was clean on arrival, and I was not charged the $50 security deposit other people commented about, although I booked through Expedia so I'm not sure if that makes a difference. However, the website indicated that my room would have a microwave and refrigerator, which it did not. Also, nobody came to clean during my entire stay, and I had to go to the front office to get more towels, where I was told I could have a maximum of two more. Not sure what that was about. Overall, the place was nice, not loud even though multiple festivals were in town. I never felt unsafe. People were outside late at night down in the parking lot but they minded their business. For the low price and convenient location, I honestly thought it was pretty nice. I jus
