Above and Beyond: Exceptional Humanity and Service from Joseph ​I recently booked a room at the Red Roof Inn, but my experience was unlike a typical visit. I was securing a room for my homeless friend, John, and the sensitivity and compassion shown by the front desk staff—especially Joseph—turned a potentially difficult situation into a truly comforting one. ​Joseph was absolutely awesome. He handled the entire booking process with the utmost respect, professionalism, and discretion. We stayed at this motel at the end of August, 2025. On arrival I was a bit concerned because a bus full of young men was unloading there. Turns out they had a contract with migrant worker crews for the picking season. I must say that the men seemed pleasant and QUIET, many leaving their shoes outside of the rooms. As you can see in the photos, the room was attractive. The room was reasonably priced (for today). Unfortunately on closer inspection there were issues with the linens. Clean but stained bath towels/wash cloths and one bed definitely had stained linens. The other bed was fine and we slept in it with no problem or concern. If you ain’t too boujee, welcome to the Red Roof Resort & Spa (the “spa” is the shower, and it works just fine). The bed? Slept like I just clocked out of a 12-hour shift. The AC? Cold enough to make Elsa jealous. No breakfast buffet, but there’s a gas station next door that comes through like DoorDash on a budget. Staff is chill, no weird smells, no ghost sightings, Will absolutely keep humbling myself here.

Positive: Nothing Negative: No hot water, no power along one wall, roaches and other insects, no staff present ever, door locks not working properly, loud area and loud guests next door

Can’t review negative. This place is horrible, cockroaches, the loud noise with connecting doors is terrible and the front staff is lazy. Someone next to me was awake until 1 am with loud tv and complained multiple times but no one did anything to resolve. I checked out early and they promised refund but never received. Went back there and the person at front desk in stocking cap with piercings and tattoos told me no record and to have a good day. Worst hotel on planet!!!
