Red Roof Inn & Suites Fayetteville - Fort Bragg

I stayed here may 2025, room had roaches, blanket had burn marks in them. Breakfast was awful. Reminded me of public housing. It was kind of convenient but not really. I would never recommend staying here, and I will never stay here again. The person at the front desk switched my room. Then I was locked out my room. Then the suppose to be owner just walked in the room, stating this room was suppose to be empty. I said well if u and the person at the front desk were on the same page you would known they switched my room due to roaches. I would rate an 0

One of the best attributes that positively impacted my stay at Red Roof Inn was the way the staff interacted with the guests. There courtesy & professionalism exemplified the kind of personal customer service thats expected. Specifically, Alyssa who has persistently exceeded my expectations by consistently being available to assist with any questions or concerns regarding my brief stay at Red Roof Inn. Please commend her and the housekeeping staff for the exemplary job of providing comfort during my brief period of time at Red Roof Inn.

Positive: Location was the best part and staff were nice. Negative: Room had a meth pipe under the bed, room was flooded and it took 2 hours to get it cleaned up. When cleaned up a dirty mop was used. Roaches on wall. Music from bar loud, wrong tv remote. Phone had no wires to it to be plugged in. Elevator smelled.

Had to stay here due to semi truck being in shop. First room given on first floor wouldn't lock. Moved to 3rd floor. We'll here it goes doors slamming, people yelling all hours of the night. They offer free breakfast that consist of cereal and bread. At no time did room service come by. Coffee for the room couldn't get. If in the area I recommend to not stay here. They cater to the long timers who live on premises. Coffee at breakfast was nearly empty with none being made. Definitely the worst stay i have ever experienced in the hotel buisness.

First thing I notice once inside, in the hallway and in my room was the smoke and marijuana smell was over powering. I guess the smoke free hotel signs are just a suggestion. There were a stains on the bedding. No soap or shampoo in the shower and the shower doors would not operate properly. No Kleenex in the room either. Nasty spots all over the walls and inside the elevator. Woke up at 6am to people in the next room screaming and the smell of burning marijuana. Breakfast was a joke so don’t bother. There were always people that appeared to be homeless hangout in the parking near the side door. My room was booked through work or I would have gone somewhere else. Needless to say I will most definitely never stay at a Red Roof Inn ever again.
