Red Roof Inn & Suites Brunswick I-95

The pictures online are VERY old. Roomed smelled like a smoker lived there for a month. Didn't think in this day I still had to ask for a NON SMOKING ROOM. No coffee maker was a disappointment. The only thing I liked was the pet policy and location. .

Hotel violates ADA. We had my husbands service animal and my service animal with us. Keep in mind that 2 dogs are allowed regardless at Red Roof. In the middle of checking in, the clerk asked if he could see “my papers”. I wasn’t even sure what papers he was referring to and asked him if he needed my drivers license again. He said “no for service animals”. I advised him there is no such thing under the ADA. He then asked to EXAMINE my animals to check if they were service animals. What? He said “people lie”, suggesting that I was lying. I offered to read him the ADA as it applies to service animals. He ignored me and gave me the keys. I called the corporate office and complained. They gave 8500 points which is ok, but for a hotel clerk calling me a liar and in violation of a law protecting

This place should be an embarrassment to the Red Roof Inn name. it's conveniently located just off the highway, and the room we stayed in was quite quiet. But that's the best that can be said about this place. The afternoon desk clerk was correct but not at all cordial. The room had an odd smell and lacked any of the basics one usually finds, things like an ice bucket, disposable drinking glasses, a guide to the channels on the TV. The paint was peeling off the bathroom ceiling, and there was no place to put soap/shampoo in the shower stall other than on the floor. The 'hot" water from the shower was barely tepid. I would not stay here again or ever recommend this facility to anyone. I've stayed in Red Roof inns in New York State, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and North Carolina over the years.

Room was nasty, cigarette burns on the bed, Toliet seat fell off no screws to hold it on. Shower had hair in it and acne stickers on the shower wall. Hallway smelt like Marijuana. No elevator The bed smelt like cigarettes/Marijuana. I've been to plenty of Red Roof Motels and even lived in one for 9 months and ive never seen one as disgusting as this one.

Positive: Nothing Negative: It smelled like cigarettes, the hallway was dark, we could not closed the bathroom door, the fridge was leaking.
