First off I will say the customer service is okay, but I will say that the website tells you that you can make the $100 deposit with a debit, credit card or cash. I also booked a room online and was under the impression that I paid for it online but it did not come out of my bank. Now second let’s get to the room. 112 so we check in come check out the room and everything seems great just based off of looks. I go to put my 3 year old son in the bathtub and notice it looks like he was bitten so immediately I check the beds and pillows and blankets but don’t find any bugs however when I pulled back the sheets and the blankets on the bed closest to the bathroom the mattress cover is BROWN AND YELLOW. The blankets and sheets have yellow and brown spots spread across them. Idk what possessed a h

Clean and comfortable. My poor review is based upon management. |I made this reservation because my mother was dying. Upon arrival, I extended my stay for an additional night and discussed a weekly rate, and an additional room for my daughters later in the week.|Within hours of my arrival, my mother passed. |At 9 am, I asked to cancel/refund my second night for the above reason. Management refused. No condolences. No general human decency.

DO NOTT GO HERE PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING ZERO STARS !!!! They asked for a $100 dollar deposit and I gave it to them in cash the next morning they refused to return my deposit . We called the police to the property to try to get them to run the cameras because they refused to run cameras so we could show the proof of us smoking outside do not go there they will absolutely scam you for your money!!! The room was dirty the shower was dirty hair was in the tub also 0/10 stars do not go here

So far I just checked in and here are my issues. 1. There are pubic hairs stuck to the shower wall that certainly don't belong to me as I just walked in. 2. The tv is very small. 3. Only provided 2 towels. 4. Small, dirty microwave. 5. Fridge was dirty and had hairs in it as well. I wont be coming back once my stay is up. Also my sheets had pet hairs and human hairs on them. These hotels need to do more to give a clean enviroment for the rates they charge.

Positive: Location Negative: Room was dirty. A used dental floss pick on the floor. It was not ours!
