Great service! Great price! You can tell they care about their customers and making it as easy as possible to check in and travel. They allowed one dog free and the second dog for $15! Ive never seen better dog fees. They also allowed us a late check in on the house. Thank you so much! We appreciate you!

The bed was hard as a rock. No cushion to it at all. The tub stopper was non functional. There was a strong fabreze like smell in the hall. My non-smoking room smelled like smoke. I found a strangers soiled sock at the head of the bed between the mattress and the head board the morning I checked out. Disgusting. How could that sock be there if the sheets had been changed? The front desk person was pleasant without being able to answer any questions about bike paths, restaurants or if the NFL game was available on TV. I would not stay here again. Overpriced for what it is.

Positive: Comfy bed Negative: Heavy dust on the walls. Not sure if it was rust or dirt grit on bottom of tub. TV was not hooked up! You have to ask the front desk if you want it and they switch it on., according to staff.Isn’t that why there’s an On/Off button on the remote?

We’ve never had a more horrific hotel experience. Our towels were filthy, there was dirt and black stuff all over the floor and walls, the floors were sticky, the ice bucket had mold in it, there were stains on the sheets. The lobby and halls smelt like weed. We had to check out early due to the filth and they’re refusing a refund. Take a look at the pictures to see if we’re being dramatic.

I wish I would have read the reviews!!!! I have never stayed somewhere so nasty in my life. The door to our room looked like it had literally been kicked in and then wood putty'd back together- it clicked all night because it wouldn't latch. There was dust an inch thick on the head boards, the towels were all stained, the fan in the bathroom was literally dangling 3 inches out of the wall and covered in dirt and lint. the floor was sticky and literally cracks when you walk on it from dirt and who knows what else under it.. we pulled in around midnight and had 8 hours to be to the fields and still spent 1.5 hours trying to find another room anywhere close to us but it was a tournament and everything is full. imagine this... it's even worse in the daylight with who knows what splattered acr
