Red Roof Inn Ocala

Made an unexpected stop in Ocala & chose the Red Roof Inn. The fog had set in, it was late & we were tired! Desk attendant was friendly & efficient! Got us checked in quickly. Room was spotless! Bed very comfortable. Love the vinyl flooring. You know it’s clean. Would definitely stop again if I needed a quick overnight in north Florida! Thank you for providing a great rest away from home.

Brigette, the desk clerk, is an exceptional employee. She's friendly and personable and always pleasant. She always endeavors to see to my needs whether it's extra towels or getting info I might need or getting things fixed. I stay here often and thank goodness Brigette is here!

Positive: Rep at checked got an attitude when we asked for soap and had to call her on a line that didn't work never rang ..went down serval times got she was like WHAT u want? mad when we interrupted her party time .no toilet paper @ and hallwaysmellled like pot Negative: Hired female on nite shift

I had a great experience staying at the Red Roof Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for my stay. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. Brigett at the front desk was absolutely wonderful—friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made me feel very welcome. Employees like her truly make a difference and are the reason I would stay here again. Thank you, Brigett, for such great service!

Our night receptionist was very nice. We arrived quite late. Got our room which was very clean. Our King size bed was amazing! We both slept so well!. Our room door chain lock was broken and the sink and tub are without drain plugs which is why I only gave the room 4/5 stars. Our location is close to I-75, however the parking lot and areas around the building do need upgrading in lighting. Many dark areas which were sketchy while walking our dog. 4/5 stars
