Red Roof Inn Kissimmee

Honestly one of my best hotel stays ever, extremely friendly staff that makes you feel like family. Quick to address any concerns and very accommodating. The room was clean and had a nice modern yet comfortable design. Parking can be a concern somedays. For the price and the area it is a nice and safe little retreat.

Last minute trip to Strawberry Festival in Plant City. Wanted to stay near Disney Springs. Saw that Red Roof in Kissimmee had just been refurbished and accepts pets free. Paid online and arrived Feb.27,2025. Wanted to visit the pool and was told it was down for maintenance. No smoke detector in room and outlet by sink did not work. Opened Microwave and bugs crawled out. Had to get coffee from front desk, no coffeemaker in room. No free breakfast either. Brought my wife a cup of coffee to room and sat it down on dresser. She went to pick it up and a cockroach crawled out from under microwave. She got a towel to get the bug and turned the coffee cup over. She took the towel to get up the spilled coffee and threw the towel in the bathroom where we always put used towels and wash clothes. When

Positive: "" Negative: Had to walk past a homeless man sitting on a sleeping bag to get to our room, roaches on the bed and floor, loud groaning from the room next door. Not a place to stay with kids!!!! The worst hotel I have ever stayed at!

My husband and I stayed l stay here from mid July to early October. We were very pleased with our stay. Everyone from the owner to cleaning staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. There was ample parking. The pool was amazing (and serviced about every other day from what we saw). The rooms were clean and bug FREE. It was quiet at night and for the most part during the day. The only complaint we had was the overwhelming smell of Marijuana (sometimes getting into our room) that would happen occasionally. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely stay there again.

I was very nervous because the reviews were so split down the middle on great and not so great. Our experience was GREAT!! We needed a room on a whim due to having to arrive in Orlando a day earlier than our VRBO was booked and we arrived at 3am. We needed a clean , pet friendly hotel , affordable with a late checkout due to our arrival and need of sleep. Thankfully this place had a checkout of NOON. Everything was really clean, the beds were so comfortable and super clean and starched , and it was so nice for no one to give us grief about our dog. He is so well behaved so no place should but hotels get so ridiculous over a pet sometimes. The noon checkout was so nice and the day manager gave us an extension of 30mins which was really nice after the super long drive . We will definitely be
