Red Roof Inn Indianapolis North - College Park

The floors were sticky. The comforter was stained and discolored. The flooring was coming up all over the room. The was were parched up and dirty. There were dead roaches in the room. After cleaning the entire room myself finally felt comfortable enough to settle in only to start seeing roaches crawling all over the walls. I was here for 11 days.... I didn't go complain to the desk because honestly with how bad it was they obviously don't care. I spent most on my time in my vehicle. For the price this is completely unacceptable.

Room was clean. Front desk was ok. Looks like a lot of weekly residents here. Walking distance to McDonald's and other fast food. $50 deposit. Got killer deal on trip advisor.

I've been here many times; it’s a nice, quiet spot, affordable, and staff are friendly. It’s been clean, comfortable, and has a fridge and microwave. I hope this was a fluke, but Dev was rude to his female coworker, then myself. He rushed me, refused to help find my rewards number, sent me to a dirty room, claimed I lied about the room, reassigned me to the 2nd floor (I requested 1st), then refused information for a complaint. I trust this to be happenstance, but my heater was so slow that I slept fully dressed, with hoodie and coat. Luckily, manager Harry was welcoming and soothing. He validated my experience, listened receptively, and was patient and kind. He noted the heater issue, apologized for rudeness, and refunded my stay. I will be back; I trust this to be fixed.

Positive: We at least got some sleep Negative: No phone in room / toilet doesn’t flush right/ handle missing from bathroom door/ stains on bed sheets / TV remote does not work / a nest of some sort growing in corner ceiling / air conditioner made very weird noise or just shut off / screws loose on

Dirty stains on bed, no pillows no blankets rooms was dirty it was ratchet. AC and Heat wasnt working no phones in the room. The lighting was bad. Just not worth the price than I had to wait 5 days to get my deposit. I wont be returning any time soon
