If I could rate this hotel a -1,000,000 zeros I would if I could this is the shittiest hotel I’ve ever stated my whole entire 41 years and I’ve been all over the world and I stayed in the cheapest hotels to the most expensive and by far the service is horrendous. Argumentative from the very beginning miscommunication from them because there’s a language barrier, defensive when I’m trying to make a payment from a card that I’m authorized on, but they want the physical card that my father has that is not here to book just an extra night and was told I need to come in give them the card his ID which they never asked that from the very beginning and then tells me that it wasn’t done the proper way, like as if I work here and I should have done it the right way I forgot that I had a job here. A

Usually stay in a red roof because i travel Monday - Thursday every week for work . However some of them to include this one charge a 100 deposit the internet says its 44 a night walk in its 77 after tax. Then they want an additional 100 deposit making it now as much as significantly better and nicer chains .

Checked in and left within the hour. The room was in rough shape—no TV remote, no working main lights, and the phone wasn’t even plugged into the wall. The bathroom light was the only one that worked. The parking lot felt unsafe with expensive gear in our trunk, and when we brought our concerns to the front desk, the attendant became hostile and gave us a clearly fake name: “Greg Smith.” No refund was offered, despite us bringing this up right away. We booked through RedRoof.com and will be filing a chargeback. Do not stay here.

Positive: Ha Negative: Mold and fity and The bathroom was full of mold on the ceiling. The floor was dirty, and someone broke into my room, and the receptionist ignored both my cars for a new room.

Looked for a place to stay and this one was the cheapest option - wouldn't do it again. Area felt sketchy, room we've got in the groundfloor was super dirty and had a weird smell. Basically what everyone else here descriped. Got scared because of what people wrote here about the deposit, so be careful about that! We didn't wanna be in the room and came back only when it was already late. Felt unsafe and also concerning in terms of health due to the smell in the room and everything being so dirty (smell could have been from black mold). Had serious concerns about getting bedbugs but didn't get any. Asked to change room and were able to change without any problems, which was probably the only positive thing about this whoe Inn. I would have paid a bit more in a heartbeat to avoid staying her
