Red Roof Inn North Harrisburg is the best value for anyone who needs a clean, comfortable, hotel room with the absolute best staff anywhere! Michael, the night shift manager, was extremely helpful in securing the room, as well as extremely knowledgeable of local eateries. George, the maintenance supervisor was amazing in our interaction when the bedside phone was not working properly. Helpful and hardworking, as well as pleasant, while going above and beyond to be sure the guests are taken care of. Everyone here on staff is extremely professional, as well as genuinely caring. Rooms are decent at first glance, while they provide all amenities promised, the room was falling apart and dirty. I was not expecting perfection when I entered a motel/hotel so when we thought our shower drain was clogged, we called front desk and they offered maintenance as soon as they could the next morning. After figuring out the problem ourselves we told them maintenance was no longer needed. Maintenance called the next morning asking if he’d still like him to take a look, very friendly and concerned about the wellbeing of our stay. Which was great. Then our hand towel and towel hanging rods pulled right off of the wall. Which I did not see a cause for concern, just a friendly comment to the front desk to inform them. I stay at a lot of Red Roof Inns. This is the nicest one by far. Rooms are actually clean and the mattresses are so comfy I always want to stay extra days. Quiet. Safe. Lovely staff (who like their jobs). Great price.

Positive: It's close proximity to the PA Farmshow Complex, and it's reasonable prices. Negative: I had a difficult time finding information on how frequently they provided house keeping services on a multi day stay.

I love this place. I was in town because I had some hospital stuff I had to do while I was staying here. I got the rest and relaxation that I needed in between my hospital trips. The location is very clean and all the staff from the manager to the owner to the housekeepers and maintenance are wonderful. I recommend this place for anyone needing a decent night. Sleep in a hot shower, a comfy bed and more than decent price. There are some great restaurants near and some great restaurants that deliver to the location there’s vending for snacks and drinks. They have coffee in the morning if you like coffee and tea I felt very comfortable and safe here
