Red Roof Inn Harrisburg - Hershey

The only issues I had at my stay was the towels, wash cloths and one of the comforters were stained like wasn't enough bleach or borax used. It would be nice to have fresh and clean towels and linens. Also it would be nice if baseboard heating were installed in each room, or I would advise future clients bring a space heater of some sort if staying around the winter time. Spotted a couple of roaches crawling on the wall and a couple of dead roaches on the floor and wall. The people that worked at the lobby desk were nice as well.

This was a horrible stay. Our door lock was broken, the towels provided were dirty, the bathroom shower curtain had mold all over it, and our toilet broke and was leaking water. When we called the front desk they said maintenance was not there and they wouldn’t come look at it. After I told them there would be water damage all over the place they did say they wouldn’t come, they arrived but we managed to fix it ourselves. They left in a hurry and did not even assess the damage. The photos on the website are false advertising as the establishment is not that clean or inviting. The doors to the stairwells were all shattered. The hallways smelled like smoke/weed. I was glad we were only there to sleep for a few hours. Do not recommend.

Positive: Checking out. Nasty, dirty. Photos misleading - the room was not renovated. stained bedding, footprints on walls, hair and urine all over the bathroom, visible chunky dirty on the area rug, Dust and hair on everything, broken a/c unit smelled like mold. Negative: Everything. One of the dirtiest motels I've every stayed at. Front desk refused to provide clean linens when I quietly asked for them. People living in this motel using the parking lot+walkways for personal gardening and storage. Looks like a garage sale.

Awful hotel. Rooms were full of cockroaches everywhere. I asked to be switched of room and they switched me to another room full with cockroaches. I approached the front desk and told them I couldn’t stay there w my kids and they promised me a refund and never fulfilled their word. Worst place ever

Do not stay. Door did not lock, young age girls twerking in the hallways and Marijuana use and fire alarms busted. Shower did not work. Stains and dog hair in filthy unclean sheets. Reception guys was nice.
