Red Roof Inn Fayetteville I-95

Our room was NOT clean. Check-I was a breeze and motel location was great, but our room was not clean. Animals had clearly been there recently as there were paw prints, pet hair, and brown marks all over the love seat. The floor felt very gritty as it hadn't been swept, and was visible noticeable in thw bathroom. The soap tray was still covered in old soap residue from the last tenant. There were also yellow spots and hair in the bottom of the tub. Their cleaners need a serious re-training. Additionally, our room was right next door to thw seevice room and some sort of equipment ran every 15 minutes for about 3 minutes at a time. It did this ALL NIGHT.

Positive: Pet policy, location. Negative: Other Red Roof Inn night prior, great stay. Here, odd window check-in. Safety concerns, loitering. Someone living in a room? Couch beyond use. Bathroom roaches, bugs. No boxspring, trash and dirt under. Offered another room, declined. No refund. Horrible.

We don't normally stay at Red Roof Inn, but traveling with 3 dogs, it was pet friendly (no charge for pets) and it was late. Our room was very clean, beds were very comfortable. No bugs anywhere! Front desk staff were very friendly. Would stay here again.

This Red Roof is my go to in Fayetteville. It is extremely clean. The beds are comfortable. There is a new Starbucks directly across the street that is nice. There is a Cracker Barrel and Ruby Tuesday very near by . The staff are very nice and friendly. The room does not have a hairdryer but has an iron and board, microwave and many tv stations and internet. Shower is strong and gets hot.

BEWARE 2026!!! This is BY FAR the worst red roof inn I’ve ever been to. If I was with my family I would have refused to stay here, luckily it was just me. Usually I don’t leave reviews, but for 80$ for someplace you should have to pay ME to stay is completely unacceptable. For close to 100$ a night most would expect to be at least somewhat clean and roach free. I slept with the light on to deter the roaches. 5 dead, 5 roaming around when I got in at around 2am. Red roof should hold this location accountable or drop them. It’s disgusting.. even outside.. I clean up after my dog, some people don’t.. but as the owners/managers you should make sure your property is maintained.. it is not. I don’t think they even clean at all other than change the sheets.. the pictures speak for themselves..
