Red Roof Inn Dumas

Great value for my pet and I. Interior corridors which I hadn't seen at a Red Roof before. Also, a modest breakfast is offered! Shower was hot but towels were small and threadbare and all the soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty, glad I had soap in my cosmetic bag 😅. Washer left my clothes clean but dripping wet so drying took hours. I would recommend a stay,if you bring your own soap and skip the laundry.

I needed a one night stay with my dog and they gave me a great rate. I was pleased with the room. I was glad that I could walk across the way to pick up dinner. All I needed was one bed!|Free breakfast--yay. Easy to get back on the highway--I appreciate the kindness of the young lady at the front desk.

Positive: The staff was very very friendly. The only thing I didn?t like is that the ladies that clean the room could not speak English at all. Otherwise, everything was great. Negative: ""

Dirty rag in the shower, took a shower on all the way hot and it still wasn't very hot, mold on the ceiling, if I could post a picture I would. Then I went and asked the front desk for an extra blanket and 2 towels and they tried to charge extra. And I mentioned the dirty rag because it made me mad. Then they called wanting to come to the room and I mentioned the water not being very hot and he had an attitude saying no one else has complained. I wasn't even going to worry about it until they were so rude. Will not be returning, which isn't good for them because we make this trip often and will absolutely be taking our business elsewhere.

Did NOT get breakfast for 2 days. It wasn't opened. Couldn't get the soap out to wash my hands. The dispenser fell off the wall. No elevators we had to carry our luggage upstairs. The worst experience of my life and I was paying 74 dollars a night.
