Red Roof Inn Columbus East - Reynoldsburg

I had reserved and prepaid for a stay from Monday through Friday for my son. When he arrived Monday night around 10:30 p.m., He immediately noticed gnats flying around the room. Even worse, there was a dirty bra and dirty underwear left in the room, which made it clear the room had not been properly cleaned. It was late and he was very tired after traveling, so he didn’t report it that night. The next day he went to the front desk and explained the situation and told them he needed to check out because of the condition of the room. Unfortunately, they refused to refund the remaining days of his prepaid stay. He was very disappointed with both the cleanliness of the room and how the situation was handled. I would not recommend staying here based on his experience.

My customer service was excellent and the rates and rooms were great! The late checkout was awesome and they cleaned my room so efficiently. They brought me extra towels everyday, who doesn’t love extra towels. And even when I overstayed my welcome waking up late they did not hassle me and let me get my things together

This Motel cause and calling it that because its the farthest thing from a hotel ever was the absolute worst stay I have had any any Hotel/Motel establishment. The establishment is falling apart and there is wood root everywhere. The room I was in had wood rot next to the bathroom and the showerhead was basically the same as showering under a water hose. The bathroom door would not actually close so due to this I had to put something on the inside of the door to make sure it would not swing open while I was showering or using the restroom. When we pulled the cover back on the bed there was what looked like uncooked rice in the sheets. The front door had a gap that if someone really wanted to they could have easily gotten into the room leading me to not wanting to leave anything inside the

Listen people pay for what you get. People want a 5 star hotel on a 3 star hotel price. I have been there for almost a month and I had no problems. The staff was great.

Positive: Variety of cable channels Negative: Don't like that they increased the deposit amount. The hispanic housekeeping personnel there could be better. Dirty shower curtains, brown sheets and towels. It's become very ran down. Like usual international staff, it's just a quick money getter.
