Excellent experience from the very beginning. I loved the hotel; everything was very clean, organized, and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable and pleasant, which made the stay very enjoyable. The staff provided excellent service, especially at the reception, where they were very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The check-in process was very easy, fast, and hassle-free. Overall, I felt very comfortable during my entire stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Loved the room it was clean, up to date, and peaceful. The Front desk was very helpful, friendly, and extremely quick. Fairly good location besides seeing someone get out of there car drunk late at night, then walked between two people's cars and rested up against one and then peed on the other car. My only issue even though I didn't say anything about to the staff, was the cooler food and drink fridge style vending machine that are in the lobby. The coolers food and drink vending machines cost you 10 dollars everytime you open the door to get something no matter what it is. There nothing on display to show you the cost of the items. I grabbed three items a can of sprite, a small bag of chips (store value)50 cents and a José Olé chimichanga(store value)$1.32. I paid 30 dollars by debit car

Positive: The location, the ambience and the room 100 in which I stayed. The price was pocket-friendly. The gentleman at the reception desk who worked the night shift was helpful. He should be rewarded. I will contact him if I have his phone number. Negative: (1). Shuttle transport was not available as advertised. (2). The lady at the reception desk on 09/13/2025 at 6pm was horrible, hostile and unhelpful. (4). The night shift man was excellent. He helped me call a taxi at 4 am on 09/14/2025.

Hope is an amazing receptionist and is very pleasant to help customers! The hotel is confidently located on a main road and easy to get to. Affordable rooms that they didn't jack up the prices because of event in town.

They have roaches in hair dryers in rooms. Housekeeping didn't come in my room. I cleaned myself. They would give me towels, to and everything I needed but did no cleaning in my room. Told front desk they would tell me I had to let in but they never would. ||Stacy at front desk was always pleasant when I would go up front. ||Vending machines are expensive. $4.99 for a quart of milk...make sure you have money on your card if buy from machines.
