Red Roof Inn Cincinnati East - Beechmont

This was the WORST hotel stay I have ever experienced. I would give a NEGATIVE INFINITY rating if there was an option From the moment I arrived, I noticed the stairway was full of TRASH and extremely DIRTY. It looked like the public areas hadn’t been cleaned in months I specifically booked a NON-SMOKING king room. While I did receive a king bed, the moment I opened the rusty door, I was immediately hit with a strong smell of cigarette smoke. For a non-smoking room, this is completely unacceptable. The bed was even worse. The bedsheets were stained, and I found hair on them. There were NO PILLOWCASES on the pillows, and the pillows themselves were STAINED. It was clear the bedding had not been properly cleaned or changed. The bathroom was equally disturbing. There was used soap left in

Positive: Location to work, restaurants, and price. Friendly staff. Negative: Property desperately needs cleaned & updated. While it's an older property, maintain it. Rooms I've stayed in have holes in walls/doors, missing outlet covers, broken beds, gunk on walls. Not all rooms for pets. Seems to be more long term residence

I have stayed in budget hotels before, but this Red Roof Inn was by far one of the most disgusting and unsettling experiences I’ve ever had. The room looked like it had not been properly cleaned in a long time. The bathroom was filthy. The tub had black mold/mildew buildup in the corners and along the caulking, and there were stains in the tub that honestly looked like dried blood. The sink area had grime and buildup around the edges, and there was dirt/debris sitting in the basin. Nothing about this room felt sanitary. The overall condition of the room was just as bad. The electrical outlets literally had broken off metal sticking put of the socket parts. What really made this stay disturbing was the lamp shade. Please whatever you do, do not stay here. Youre better sleeping in your car. Im not the kind of person to leave bad reviews or review places at all but if I can save someone from going through the horror that I did here ill write a review. Ive stayed here before and didnt have any issues other than the feeling of lack of security and everything being so outdated I really had nothing bad to say until my last visit. It was supposed to be for a weekend but we didnt even make it through the night. We got there and immediently the smell was awful we sprayed perfume and room spray but we were 0-1 and the room infact did win.
