1. They don't disinfect anything. 2. The floor was so filthy. I literally had to go out and buy bleach, and floor cleaner. They use a spray bottle, and a towel that goes from room to room. Nothing changed after I took an extremely filthy towel to the office. 4 towels later, I can walk with my white socks without having to change them.
I was working in the area and spent Monday-Friday here for three weeks. Other hotels in the immediate area are more expensive or more run down. This place is half the price of the nearby Hampton Inn, and there's honestly no reason you can't stay here every night and rest just as well. That said, there were some issues, but the pros certainly outweigh the cons.||Pros:||• very hospitable staff that treat you like family||• legit Indian restaurant on-site!!! They serve the best yellow dal I've ever had there. Also, if you're a sports fan, they almost always have cricket playing.||• City View Bar & Grill right across the street is a great locals spot to get a drink without driving||• shopping center across the street with liquor store, Rite Aid pharmacy, and a discount grocery store - eve
Positive: Very clean. Negative: The only thing I could address would've been a mini safe
Customer service at the front desk and location of this property was great. The bed was comfortable. But there are roaches in room 109. Annoying clicking sound constantly in the bathroom all night. Housekeeping banged on the door to clean our room at 10am and woke us up (we weren't checking out that day). Based on other reviews, I didn't complain to the front desk because I assumed I wouldn't be heard. I guess you get what you pay for.
I made my reservation online, which made the check-in process very easy. The person who assisted me at the front desk was exceptionally nice and friendly. The room was adequate for the price. The furniture was relatively modern, and there was a flat-screen TV on the wall. However, the bathroom was quite dated and could have been cleaned better. Additionally, the room had a strong marijuana odor, which required me to spray it down with Lysol. Some of the paper lamp shades were broken, and the smoke detector was hanging from the wall. These are minor issues that seem easy to fix. I understand that this is a budget-friendly hotel, so I didn't expect any frills. However, I would have appreciated a cleaner and better-maintained room. While I don't mind the room being old-fashioned, cleanline
