Red Rock Ranch & Campgrounds

It has been descent, it's 9 mins from my job, prices are fair, and the owners are nice. They'll bring meals every now and then. Laundry mat is cold water only, and usually there's one machine that lacks, but hey it's in walking distance from my spot. I do give these folks 5 stars because they are very nice and been very friendly people. Rates are very fair if you have your own trailer, otherwise they have trailers for rent, but pretty high for their age and condition. Overall descent, friendly, great people. 👍

We were traveling with our travel trailer and were just going to stop for a one night lay over before continuing on. This place sounded nice and it wasn't too expensive. We called ahead and they had an open spot. When we pulled in it was approaching dark so we were pretty much stuck. This place is primarily a full time residence for most that are there. We were shown to a strip of grass with water and electricity, but it was so sloped that the RV couldn't be leveled (got close). There are a number of junked and abandoned units sitting around. I would stay far away from this establishment.

We had a wonderful experience here. The owners are nice and occasionally will bring home-cooked meals to their guests as a thank you for living here. Rent is decent and electricity has never gone above 100. They are pet friendly as long as your pets are well behaved. It's tucked away in the woods and is quiet with good neighbors. School district is Westwood ISD. The busses will come in and pick your child up. We are a small community of good neighbors.

So far it seems pretty quiet. It looks very run down and trashy a lot of really old trailers but they do the best they can to keep the lawn kept up and stuff like that. We have 2 small dogs that they let run around as long as they aren't barking so it's very pet friendly. I have not seen children and wouldn't recommend bringing them because it would be easy for them to wander off and get lost.
