i use to stay here before, when there was a femail manager it was a great experience then. Now there is a new front desk staff and they are rude and loud... the one man told me he the new manager always has a gun on him, they tried charging me $1000 for 1 night. The workers kids are there all day everyday, in just a shirt and a diaper. (Always crying) This places needs help

From checking in to check out the customer service was terrible. I had to wait 5 minutes for front clerk to come check me in after calling. I was told I was very rude because I wanted to leave cash as the deposit. I was not told that they don't open until 8 am when I checked in. We are early travelers because we are usually traveling for 8 to 10 hours a day. When we did finally get to check out the front desk clerk saw me coming from the rooms but wouldn't open the door into the lobby. I had to walk around to the front. Then when I told front desk that we were never told we would have to wait until 8 she said that was incorrect because eve

Room was fine. No attendant at front desk to check in and we needed to leave early for appointment and front desk was chained off so had to go out side door and walk to car. Wasn't sure where to leave key cards. Good basic economical stay.

I mean, it's an older place. What do you expect it was cheap? The rooms are clean. I just needed a place to put my head down wasn't bad for construction workers.Good place cheap

Worst experience, ever, at a motel. Had to ask for towels. Shower head leaked. Girl up front was kind of rude, but, we looked past it. My wife was in bed, and found a bedbug. Looked, and found more. The girl was mad, by time we told her. Said we could get a refund, or another room. We chose the refund. She said no one ever had problems in that room, before. Pretty much that we were bothering her. She was very rude. Go on, keep up giving us that good side, of South Dakota. Your motel is bug ridden, and you're rude, as can be. If you can't handle the job, FIND ANOTHER! Will be calling health department, in the morning. Found a nicer place, for a few more bucks. Don't recommend. You get what you pay for.
