Red Oak RV Park

As a traveling (blue collar) family we have stayed in many RV parks & campgrounds across the Southeast. None have made as lasting of an impression on me as this one. Although it may be “just an RV park” for some, this park offers everything you need for your home on wheels; Full hook up sites, a good sized dog park, playground for kids of all ages, picnic areas with the coolest fire pits, affordable laundry facilities, (you can even purchase laundry supplies & quarters in the office) Drink Vending Machine, up to date bath houses for both men and women & they’re handicap accessible! I've recently stayed at this park for the last 2 month and I must say its been wonderful. It was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed and and Kristy was a delight to work with making sure everything was perfect. And they give a discount for people there working so that a plus.

Our second stay at this park, it is excellent for a quick overnight stop and go. Scruggs BBQ next door is excellent and we were disappointed that they were closed the evening we were there. We understand well deserved time off. Definitely will go next time though.

UPDATE- PLANNED TO. STAY LONGER BUT HAD TO LEAVE EARLY. KRISTIE AND THE OWNERS OF THIS PROPERTY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO ENSURE YOUR STAY IS PLEASANT AND PEACEFUL. AT NIGHT IT IS QUITE. CANNOT WAIT TO RETURN AND STAY LONGER. THANK YOU. New property. The laundry room and bathroom are fantastic. The picnic area is great. Upon entering the park I was hesitant but after hooking our RV up the park employees are fantastic. It is quiet and a big heads up is no gnats, flies, or ants. Glad to find this RV park. Wifi is fantastic . Electric and water hook up is fantastic. Highly recommend and will extend our reservation. Will continue to post updates and share pictures.Thank you

This RV park is one of the nicest I've ever stayed in. I have been here for 3 months now. The bathhouses and laundry room are really nice and clean. I love that it's less than a 10 minute drive to all shopping. The picnic area at the back of the park is really nice even though there's no shade. There's also a nice fenced in area to walk your dog. There's a fabulous bbq restaurant on site with the best food. The owners and office staff have been so nice and accomodating to all my needs.
