Red Lion Hotel & Conference Center Cheyenne

Overnight front desk staff was great! Super friendly and helpful. Felt like a safe area. Room didn’t feel clean as floors didn’t seem clean and sheets were stained in one area from possibly makeup and hair was found on them. Rooms were modern and updated, but felt like this room must have sat awhile as the air was stagnant or a moldy moisture smell upon entering. We were only here to sleep overnight quick passing through.

Positive: Bathroom mirror. Negative: I hit my elbow 3x on the new shower bar. Shower stall was too small. The sink was too tall. They put us in a room where we had to pass construction a it was being done. The guy at the counter was rude to me.

First thing is the walls are super thin and it sounds like the people next to you are in the same room as you, anyone who is in the hallway it sounds the same and echos all through out, there was continuous noise and loud guests, the doors seem to slam shut and it shakes things im the room. The fridge was making a loud noise and the kid had a hard time sleeping with everything going on. Don't waste your money here spend the couple extra dollars and go across the street or somewhere else. The pool was advertised as being open, but once we got there it was closed for an extended period of time. Overall dont recommend.

This is my second time staying at this hotel in the past 2 weeks. My truck is broke down in the shop, so I decided on Red Lion to stay at. They do not have free continental breakfast. Last week when I came here, I was given two vouchers for free breakfast. This week, I didn't recieve one so I assumed maybe they had forgot when I checked in since they didn't check them at breakfast anyways. Well, this week, I was down getting breakfast. I was in the middle of making a plate and a very rude old woman walk in and asked me if I had placed my voucher in the basket on my way in. I informed her that I was never given the free voucher at check in. With an attitude, she told me I need to go to the front desk to get one if I wanted to eat.
