Comfort Inn & Suites

This really was a 5 star experience. The people working up front were so nice, and they have a bunch of drinks and snacks available if you're a member of a certain level (I can't remember if it was silver or higher). The room was nice, exactly what we needed. I appreciated that they had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion available. The room was quiet, in a safe area, and we liked that the TV had a good # of channels. The breakfast was also great. Their juice options were delicious, in addition to all of the tasty (hot) food options they had. All of the workers were so nice and we really enjoyed our stay here. We travel through Wyoming a few times per year so we will definitely be back here.

Everything about the stay was top notch. The room was clean and in order - no surprises. The complimentary breakfast was well prepared all 3 days of my stay. They mixed it up a bit by having variations on what was offered for the 'hot' portion of the breakfast. Every item I had was tasty without exception. Staff answered questions, were courteous and friendly. Well done all the way around!

Booked this hotel because it had a hot tub. The hot tub was being resurfaced and my disappointment showed. Josh, the staff at the desk immediately addressed this by upgrading us to a suite. Josh really understands customer service and how to help. He was very friendly and was working when came back a week later on our way back home. He immediately recognized us and welcomed us back. The food in the morning was very good and the butter was soft. Which I REALLY appreciated so it didn’t rip my toast and waffle up. This is a great place to stay with great staff working there! Convenient as Hotel is right off I-80. Front desk personnel were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Clean room and good free breakfast. Evening fresh cookies and popcorn are unique perks to staying here.

We stayed for one night & it truly was one of the best hotel stays ever. We enjoyed an inviting lobby, easy interaction with staff, clean & comfortable room, very comfortable bed & bedding & all the amenities. Breakfast was typical for the brand, which is not my favorite, but they had bacon, which was pretty good, so I had a coffee, bacon & banana. I used the laundry, pool & hot tub. We really loved all the aspects of our stay, but what was the most impressive is the customer service. Staff worked as a team, were hospitable, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous & at the same time professional. We hope to return & to have another great stay in the future.
