Comfy and clean bed with modern amenities at every turn! Large buffet style breakfast with good options. I especially appreciated the extra storage space in the rooms!!! Everything was very clean and the staff was very nice. Cute seasonal decor too. The regular decor was very tasteful and looked intentional, unlike some places.

We spent one night here on our trip. We were checked in quickly, recognized as diamond honors members and thanked for our loyalty. When we got to our room though we could not find the room number that was written on the key sleeve. I had to go back to the desk to ask what the room number was supposed to be since the number they wrote down did not exist. The clerk was very thorough at pointing out where everything was and how it all worked.||The room was clean and fresh. We checked out very early and did not partake in the breakfast so we cannot speak to how good or bad it was.

This hotel and staff blew us away. Zay and Isaiah went above and beyond with excellent service! The cleaning staff is the friendliest we have met. We travel a lot and Home2 will now be a regularly sought out choice. The guys at this hotel have it dialed in. Great work!

“BEWARE – DO NOT STAY HERE” I had a 5-day trip planned at this hotel, and while I was on the plane, they canceled my reservation without warning. They claimed my card was declined, but there was simply an issue with the booking company (I’m on a work trip). When I offered to use another card, they told me they had already given my room to someone else. I even explained that I’m a Diamond member with over 150 nights in Hilton hotels this year. Online, Hilton states that Diamond members are guaranteed a room—especially when there’s a reservation already in place. They didn’t care at all. I’ve never experienced anything like this at any other Hilton. Their attitude was rude and uncaring. They left me stranded with nowhere to stay and clearly only cared about the money.
