These facility managers are unprofessional, rude, and give conflicting information. I booked at a site they manage in Idaho for 2 nights (Stanley Lake Campground), but on my first night I was supposed to arrive there were flash flood warnings in the area, including the roads to get there. Out of precaution of safety I called Reservation.gov who directed me to this facility manager so I could inquire if my spot would be held should I choose to wait until the next day to travel when the flash flood warning lifted. I was told if I arrived within 24 hours of check-in time, so 2pm the next day, that yes my site would not be given away. I was also told I could submit a refund request after the stay for the first night. I arrived by 1pm the next day and my site had been given away by the camp ho

Camped at Rainbow Campground / Big Lake in the White Mountains. Camp Hosts were wonderful & attentive to campers. Its really to bad this company charges for EVERYTHING $10 to dump, $8 for a shower, $10 to throw away a bag of trash after hours. Making the money obviously fills the pockets and isn't put back into campgrounds for improvements because their campsites were horrible. The pavements on 99% of the 150ish campsites is crumbling. Making it hard to get RV's adjusted. When you finally do, you step off a crumbling ledge. Our site, when we stepped off our step, it was into dirt. No gravel, no asphalt. Thank God it didnt rain because us & our dogs would have been full of mud. We camp A LOT in Williams AZ at Kaibab Lake. Please don't destroy this campground. The previous company kept it pr

Disgusted with the policies of this management company. Be prepared to be extorted by the camp hosts for cash after arrival for any "extra" vehicles on your site. Extra is anything more than ONE. Have a van and a jeep, that's $15 extra. Have two cars at a tent site? That's $15 extra. Oh and it's also ONE camp unit per site. Two tents? That's $30 PER TENT. One van and a tent? $60. Mind you, this is for DRY CAMPING. With a vault toilet. No hook up, no dump station. Recreation Resource Management of America is an example of a money grab, plain and simple. Very disappointing that Forest Service campgrounds have contracted with this concessionaire. They are putting unfair, inconsistent policies in place.

Ok, your website for Granite Campground in Almont, CO shows $12 per night. When you arrive at the campground there are two signs - one shows $18 per night the other says $16 per night. The bathroom there is cleaned every FEW DAYS for most of June, there is trash and broken glass in the campsites, NO ONE comes by after hours to make sure people are not screaming, yelling, lauching fireworks and more. The parking lot has concrete slabs with rebar sticking out of them towards the tires of parked cars. This company needs to do a lot more then just collect money from campers.

This review is regarding Park Cone loop within the Lottis Creek campgrounds. While the hosts are friendly, I don't understand how first come, first serve spots can always be reserved! For years, this has been the case. The hosts are holding these spots for their friends.
