Neat little 55+ community right by Rainbow Lake. Onsite manager, owners stay up there from time to time, very well maintained and taken care of.

We bought our place last year. It has been a delight. The other residents are friendly. There is a real sense of community. The management team, Kevin and Donna, are always approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. This is a well maintained and safe Park.

We purchased a unit in the park last year and have really enjoyed living here. The park is well maintained and spacious. We are centrally located and have wonderful amenities including a clubhouse and also many park activities and events during the Spring through Fall seasons. Our neighbors have been terrific and there is a great sense of community. Donna and Kevin, the onsite management team, are friendly, helpful and very attentive to the needs of the park and its residents. I would encourage anyone to take a look and see for themselves.

Been going there to visit my mom and dad (he passed years ago) since 1978. Mom still enjoys. So peaceful UPDATE! 2025 We now own this little place at RLMHP since 2023. We love it here. Everyone is friendly and lots to do, if you so choose. It's kept clean and the new managers are very friendly.
