Homestead Road Mobile Ranch

I didn't stay here because they were booked but we did stop in the check it out. I can see why it's booked up. Very clean and quiet with the most friendly and helpful hosts I've ever met. They treat this place like it's their own. They have some kind of community event scheduled every weekend. I would love to stay here!

Homestead is a clean and well maintained park. The mangers really do care about their guests and their experiences.

My grandfather lives here. They keep the grounds very nice and clean and my grandfather has made a lot of new friends there. He really enjoys staying here.

We have a place since August and live it. The managers are very attentive to the grounds and they are kept looking nice. The other tenants are respectful and it’s quite and great place to retreat to. Pet friendly also and nice community center.

The new owner of this park does not provide a lease but expects you to know the Arizona Mobile Park Residential Landlord and Tenant Act. If you feel you have a grievance then he will threaten you with lawyers. There are much better parks in the area that have more integrity. The owner told me he uses his lawyers and has won over a hundred cases. It's not worth the stay.
