Ranchos at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort

Just an awful location if you're here for a convention. Have to walk 20 minutes in the Florida heat even in October to get to the convention hall--hopefully you don't have to be nicely dressed or presentable. Sun beats down on you the entire time. If there's a nice Florida downpour, you have a nice puddle you get to avoid as well. Good luck if you forget your convention badge or want to go back to your room for a small breather or want to do a quick drop off, it's now a 40 minute round trip. Rooms are fine, though they probably work best for families going to Disney Parks. You would think that they would have designed space for strollers and such in the room to get around more easily if that's the case. Rooms don't feel as clean as a traditional hotel room in the tower, as the rooms are

If I ever stay at Coronado Springs again, I would definitely be requesting in booking a day at the Gran Destino Tower. The Rogers are about a 10 to 15 minute walk depending on what pathway you take. Thankfully, there is a bus stop that is a 32nd walk within there, it is bus stop number three which is actually ironically the second stop to get picked up. But I will definitely not be staying at the Ranchos again, they are also one of the less nicer Spots/areas in Coronado Springs resort itself. You can tell that the resort slowly gets worse the further, back you go, and the Ranchos are in the very back.

Everyone on staff that we encountered went out of their way to be helpful - the most attentive group, they really made our travel easier!! Shout out specifically to your bell service, they are friendly and patient :)
