Stay away from here. I am 62 and have been traveling all my adult life. I have never experienced anything like this. My daughter and granddaughter and I needed a place to stay as she was in a dance competition in the nearby east providence high school. We found the Ramada inn on hotels.com. Just a mile or 2 away, perfect!! So we thought. The photos and reviews were ok. They failed to mention that the place is use for housing migrants and homeless. Our room was disguising. From dirty towels and toilet in the bathroom to stained carpets and pill bottles on the floor by the beds. It didn’t take us long to grab our stuff and leave. The girl at the desk seemed annoyed at us. The owner (I’m assuming) barely spoke English. He couldn’t give us our money back because we booked with hotels.com

Located in a Satisfying area where if you need to be close to major parts of City. Positive: Nothing Negative: First of all, they gave me a key to a room with someone in it so that was awkward for me to walk in on at 10 pm. The AC in the room didn’t work, the bathroom was dirty and it was sketchy as hell.

The hotel is very old. One of the worst I know. It's obvious that the staff doesn't care about the condition of the rooms. The main thing is that customers buy the hotel at a lower price. There are cockroaches too. As for the reception staff, they need to be kinder and more responsive to customer requests. With your approach, you will lose a lot of customers.

Our beds were kind of squeaky/springy. The fridge and freezer were completely turned off when we entered the room. The air conditioning did not work. At least the windows could be opened for fresh, cool air. The TV was not even plugged in. When I found the ac plug it didn't reach to the receptacle so we had to move the TV to reach. The carpeting in the hallways was very old and thin with no/worn padding. There is no elevator. The gal at check in was very nice. The lobby was very clean and attractive.
