Colonial Inn Seekonk

I recommend this hotel to anyone who loves cleanliness and comfort!!! I don't like to write BUT... Starting with Joan at the reception desk—she is a very kind and sweet woman. It feels like she is the owner of this hotel. She quickly checked us in and told us everything we needed to know. The bed is like home. Very comfortable mattress and pillows. There is a refrigerator and a microwave oven. The heating and air conditioning are very quiet. The shower is sparkling clean, the water pressure is excellent, and the towels are clean without any stains. Shampoo, conditioner, a hair dryer, and soap (which lathers well) are all available. This is the 5th or 6th time staying here when I come down from Maine to visit my sister. Rooms have always been clean & comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced & close to everything I need.

I am a sales rep that has stayed here almost 10 years. Although the property is old, David (the owner) keeps it up very well. The rooms are up to date, clean, and comfortable. The staff is great as well and care about their work. As a rep I love that they have a big desk and WIFI that works all the time!! Lighting is also good. They have kept their prices in line with other motels in the area and often below. For easy unloading you can pull up right to the door which is important to me. The location has everything you could want close by, and it's convenient for getting on I195 and Rt. 6. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

5th time visiting. The floors seem to never be mopped and leave your feet dirty. The front staff can seem a little passive aggressive but usually professional. Yes some workers are LOUD sometimes but they're extremely real and friendly. They seem to smoke outside the room, near smoking rooms so idk why reviews complained.. Everything else seems to be cleaned, bed and sheets seem to be cleaned, bathroom is always cleaned, and surfaces wiped down. Its a very nice place, just under 100 with taxes. I always leave the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, and they still leave a bag of fresh towels, soap, and tp hanging on the nob. Fridge, microwave, heat, and AC unit all worked well. If your in the area, definitely try them out. I'll be coming back.
