Quality Inn Seekonk-Providence

We arrived at the hotel, and it looked dated. There isn't an elevator at the hotel. Our rooms were located on the lower level, which meant we had to take our bags off of the trolley that transported our bags and carry our belongings down to our rooms. My bathroom didnt have a shower curtain, so I went out to the front desk to inform the person about a missing shower curtain and I was asked if I wanted to put it up myself or if I wanted him to put it up because he did not have anyone to put it up for me (not house keeping staff).||I step into the room and it was cold inside, I turn on the heat but no heat was coming out, it was blowing cool air. Had a wonderful stay exceeded my expectations in every possible way clean, comfortable room with new furniture, comfy bed and friendly staff. My biggest concern when booking was the location as I was traveling, solo car free and was concerned it would be hard to navigate the area on foot to get to the RIPTA bus stop. While the area does not have crosswalks and only sidewalks on one side of the street, I found it to be rather easy to navigate on foot as someone who is used to navigating suburban style development. The major roads have many lanes, but there are traffic islands that break up the street making it easy to cross. If the hotel wasn’t near a RIPTA stop I wouldn’t have stayed here. RIPTA made it super convenient to get to downtown Providence to see everything I wanted to check

The gentleman at the front desk was very personable and kind. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. The room was clean. However, the room was definitely older as the carpet had many stains; the tub was older (but clean), the plug for the tub was not functioning so I was unable to take a bath - only shower; the mattresses were sufficient for one night. I was pleased with how clean the room was overall though.

A decent one or two nights stay. Our room was clean, smelled good and the blankets were clean. NO signs of bedbugs, no stains on the carpets and the bathroom was really clean as well. We slept comfortably and have no complaints. The guy at the front desk wasn’t the most welcoming at 2am, but who is. Over all it was a decent stay There is a strong smell of weed in the hallway, but that’s what you get staying in a 420 friendly state. Our room didn’t smell of weed at all, so it’s a win.

It's not just the awful beds and non existent breakfast, but the hostility of the workers. The night staff man with the beard and glasses was hostile and disrespectful to me when I asked him to extend my reservation. He couldn’t understand that I wanted a new reservation even though we agreed on it and the price. Instead of booking it, he stood there and argued with me with a sassy attitude. Then he was being more sassy and rude after I asked to speak to a different person when he refused to understand my request and book it instead of standing there arguing with me. He was short tempered, hostile, angry, proud, sassy, combative, argumentative and had a nasty attitude. He talked badly about me as I walked away, and said he doesn’t care about his confusing, unnecessarily difficult service t
