Best Western Providence-Seekonk Inn

I stayed here for the blizzard as I'm a manager over at the stop and shop around the corner and wow. I've stayed at other places in the area and this was above and beyond better than anywhere else in the area. staff was absolutely great. they had plows and a snowblower ready. staff working all night clearing. the hotel was amazing very clean and quiet. there was a family in the room next to mine and I couldn't hear them at all in my room. breakfast in the mornings was fantastic and they left it open late which i loved cuz I like sleeping in a little.

Amazing breakfast with gluten free choices. Free safe parking. Quiet location. Comfy room. The staff were always present, friendly, knowledgeable with suggestions to get me where I needed to go. Would definitely stay here again!

AC unit was super loud. The soap dispenser in the shower fell off. Weak water pressure from the showerhead.

Great place to stay if you’re visiting Providence or the surrounding areas. We were in town for a hockey game and the arena and downtown were 10-12 minutes from the hotel. Plenty of food options around as well. Rooms were clean. Also had a very big kitchenette with the mini fridge and microwave and the such…. The most cabinet space I’ve ever seen in a hotel room.

First I want to mention rooms have bad insulation you can hear people talking in their rooms. Second I was owe a refund for a whole night & was given the run around & Sam the “manager” said I’m not getting it!?! not to mention they also kept my $100 hold & made up a lie on why they did! This is consider theft & not professionalism at all. The Managers there Sam & Bob are not professional & are thief’s & liars! Stay away & save your money from this location and go somewhere else.
