Ramada by Wyndham Salt Lake City

I’ve stayed here previously and had a far better experience. At check in, the girl wouldn’t even get off her phone. She stared at us like we were dumb until I told her we were checking in. The entire process was silent and she immediately got back on her phone after keys were made and said room is that way. We asked which end it was closer for parking and she was salty bc we interrupted her phone again Room was very clean and housekeeping deserves a kudos. I am a previous hotel front desk manager and the cleanliness was 10/10 The tv was another story. Completely disconnected in the wall and unplugged. I had to reconnect all the cords and the cable box (probably the previous guest hooking up their Xbox or ps5) and then fight the hdmi for 20 more min. This wouldn’t have been missed during

Room was recently renovated. Everything appeared to be fairly new and clean. The room layout and furnishings were efficient, spacious, modern looking and appealing. It's really one of my best hotel experiences in the U.S. I'd highly recommend this place as long as it keeps up the good work. Breakfast room was bright, cheerful and the female worker was exceptionally friendly and hard working. And what a surprise to have such nice free breakfast at a budget hotel! All in all, I truly enjoyed my 2 nights stay at this facility! Highly recommended!

A couple of years ago when me and my family stayed here when we talked to the lady up front she was on the phone and gave us a side eye the whole time and was on the phone ignoring us until like 20 min later she finally gave up our room keys when we walked into the hotel room there were boogers roaches and blood all over the room it smelled like mildew so bad so we left the room and asked for a refund then the women yelled at us to get out just for asking to refund she never gave us a refund so that’s that and we just went to a la Quinta inn so that’s that and this was a couple years ago in 2023 of July

The location says Comfort inn instead of the Ramada incase anyone gets confused. It's right off the interstate so very easy to get where you need to go.

The food was good the rooms where clean but the only thing that fought my eye was the towls there was only 2 in my room but I wasn't to worried about it other than all its a good hotel
