Ramada by Wyndham, Niagara Falls Near Fallsview District

Check in was fast and smooth, used a groupon to book and got a bunch of coupons when I booked which was great! Bed was comfy, whirlpool was great, I love how many lights there were in the room which you don’t see often! The only two problems we had were that our first morning we had the sign on the door for do not disturb and housekeeping was BANGING on our door repeatedly until we opened the door just to ask when we were leaving if we were checking out that day. Then our second night there seemed to be a shortage of hot water around 10pm? our shower/bath was very cool temperature but other than that I would recommend and stay again!!

The front desk was very helpful. The room was very clean and a very decent size with a modern look. Cleaning service was attentive when we asked for Cleaning. The bed was comfortable however the pillows were God awful leaving my girlfriend and I both with neck pain. My recommendation is that the hotel replace the pillows to a better quality like memory foam especially since you can buy memory pillows so cheap these days. Otherwise a good place to stay

Only hotel I'll stay in in the falls. It's spotless, price is right. Been coming here since 2006 and fell in love with the staff Corrine and Susan back then! Lots has changed since then, but the rooms are kept so spotless, staff are accommodating and friendly. Just love this place. Has a warm, cozy feel and the price is unbeatable.

It was a good stay according to the price tag. Room was clean and renovated. Only the towels needs to be bit more fresh. They have bit of foul smell. Rest was good.

We have stayed in this hotel at least 30 times. The price is always unbeatable and it's a great hotel. It has a nice game room for the kids and it was a big pool and the rooms are a good size and comfortable beds. It's right across the street from domino's so pizza right there and right next door to dollarama and alotnof other stores for all your needs and the staff is very accommodating and friendly. This is a clean hotel
