Ramada by Wyndham Kissimmee Gateway

Location is good. Next to Walmart and on the right side of the road for driving to Disney parks. Large room, comfortable beds. Bathroom clean but quite dated. Room lighting is a bit dark. Good fridge and microwave. In a courtyard room you may hear people talking, depending on room location, so during peak season it may be noisier with people being more outside and in the pool. They also played a movie in the courtyard until 10pm on Saturday and most nights. |Check in was easy. Nice tourist desk people to help with tickets. Shuttle bus needs to be booked the day before. The times didn’t work for us and the one time that i tried to book, this time was fully booked. It was easier to just drive and pay for day parking at the parks.

Positive: Hotel was clean with nice amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Negative: The only thing we did not care for was our room was on the top floor of the tower and the buildings duck work was in the ceiling in the bathroom and it was very noisy all the time. We had to keep the bathroom door closed at night to be able to sleep.

We had rented conjoining rooms for a night and were quite pleased with the stay for the most part. Nice amenities, clean rooms, friendly staff, great price. But our AC wasn't working properly. Staff came out to fix it but it still didn't get quite as cold as I would have liked in our room. The conjoining room worked fine. Be prepared to be bombarded by timeshare type marketers in the lobby. Didn't love that ...

Fast and easy check in. Plenty of parking. We had a deluxe room in the tower which was spacious and clean. I can't speak to the rooms that surround the pool. We did not use the pool. Easy check out. Close to all the amusement parks. Plenty of restaurants close by. Easy access to the interstate.

Breakfast wasn’t very good. The selection was extremely limited, and every day there were only the same three options to choose from. The waiters were not very friendly either; it almost felt like they were doing you a favor. Guys working at the reception at night were really nice though. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and shampoo and conditioner were provided. The location is good, with a Walmart nearby and shuttle service available to Disney’s theme parks. If it weren’t for the breakfast experience, this would have been a 4-star review.
