Ramada by Wyndham Harrisburg/Hershey Area

The customer service at Ramada Harrisburg, PA was top-notch. It started from the front desk to the in-service staff. They ensured my family and I had a great experience. Although there was not much varieties in the breakfast, it was decent. Ramesh and his hospitality crews were considerate of our ask and needs which made our stay delightful and pleasant. The room and sheets were clean with nice aroma. I particularly liked the wooden floor and spacious room. In the addition to that, I liked that we had a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Also, the pool and hot tub was always kept clean. My kids had a great time they demanded i give them a five star😄.

I stopped here to spend the night on a long trip home and found the hotel was easy to get to from highway 81, and despite being so close to the traffic I couldn't hear anything from the highway overnight. The bed was comfortable the room was very clean. I walked by the pool area and the fitness area and they both looked clean. I didn't use them because I was only here for a short time. Breakfast was wonderful- in addition to cereal and bagels and waffles there was also eggs and sausage and juice and coffee. I wouldn't hesitate to say here again.

Positive: Location - quick off the interstate. Clean room, comfortable beds. Negative: Shower did not have good water pressure. Breakfast closed PROMPTLY at 9:00 and I could not even get in at 9:06 to grab a cup of coffee and piece of fruit because they locked the door.

Brought my girlfriend to this hotel for Valentine’s Day weekend and it was very decent! The king size room with the jacuzzi was clean and very spacious, including a microwave, mini fridge, and safe (the latter two are deceptively hidden by a cabinet door and drawer, respectively). Very comfortable bed. The jacuzzi itself is big and the jets made for a very relaxing experience. However the hot water was a bit inconsistent between the jacuzzi and the shower (Night 1: warm jacuzzi water and hot shower water. Night 2: hot jacuzzi water and cold shower water). As for the hotel, the location is great as it’s in close driving distance to a lot of nearby restaurants and stores (Shangri-La Hibachi is just a 4-minute walk away). I was worried about some of the bad reviews I saw for this hotel but my boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay. The room & bathroom were very clean. Cozy and spacious. They looked exactly like the pictures advertised. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is super close to many places to eat and gas stations which was nice. We had a great relaxing weekend and I would definitely stay here again. (The fire alarm did go off at 3:30 am but that was to no fault of anyone besides one of the other guests smoking in their room)
