The check-in process was smooth and the staff were friendly, professional, and very welcoming from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere of the hotel was calm and inviting, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. We arrived at the hotel after picking up my grandmothers ashes from the funeral home. We drove 5 hours to get there. When I arrived at the hotel no one was at the desk, I called the hotel line and the manager answered and said she would be down. I was given one key card for room 236. I went in the room to get settled when I noticed a something on the bed by the window. I turned on the lights and that’s when I confirmed that bed had a 4 inch stain that look like bodily fluids and the 2nd bed had two smaller stains, the refrigerator was not clean and the shower was dirty. I showed the pictures to the manager Ricva and she stated “What do you want me to do about it?” Ricva did not offer to clean the room or no apologies just that I needed to cancel my reservation with Priceline. My stay at the Ramada Inn in Bettendorf, Iowa was outstanding, especially considering I arrived during a snowstorm. I was immediately impressed by how thoroughly the snow had been removed and how well-lit both the parking lot and building were, making my arrival feel safe and stress-free. At the front desk, Al welcomed me with a genuine smile and a hot cup of coffee, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch after a long drive. My room was exceptionally clean, cozy, and inviting—perfect for relaxing after traveling in winter weather. The experience was topped off by a wonderful breakfast that exceeded my expectations. Al was very helpful and nice. Moved my room to the the first floor since I have to use a walker. Room is great and cozy. I'm sitting on the couch watching TV. Breakfast was horrible. No knives, sugar, or napkins. Only had pancakes, toast, and cereal. I could of ate better in my room.
