Hilton Garden Inn Bettendorf/Quad Cities

Stay was average at best but only writing this review because Scott was amazing. The only front desk agent that had excellent customer service skills and was pleasant to speak with. Very helpful and went out of his way to ensure we had a shuttle to the airport. We had requested one prior to our arrival and they never confirmed with the driver so he found us another driver to take us. The driver was also helpful and Jill as the bar was sweet as well.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Customer Service in a Tough Situation||I wasn’t able to stay at the Home2 Suites by Hilton (Garden Inn) in Bettendorf due to a severe storm that made traveling unsafe, but I still want to recognize the outstanding service I received. When I called to explain the situation, Aaron at the front desk couldn’t have been more helpful. Even though I was well past the cancellation deadline, he graciously allowed me to cancel without penalty.||Aaron was understanding, professional, and genuinely kind during a stressful moment. If the rest of the hotel operates with this level of care, I’ll gladly book here the next time I’m in the area. Truly impressive customer service!

This Hotel was amazing! Staff were friendly, clean all over. Pool, fitness center and guest laundry available. Kitchen, diner area downstairs with a nice selection of meals and drinks. Would definitely choose this location again!

I checked out one day earlier and asked them to give me and invoice which they did. I left and one day later they charged me for another night and the guy apparently didn't check me out. I called 2 days later and explained the problem and they said they will fix it right away. next day nothing happens and I call again and they told me the "approval is been sitting on the managers office for the signature" I asked how much it will take and Jason started to be sarcastic saying "I just told you what is happening" I told him that I wanted to know how long it will take to get an approval to fix a problem that they created and he continued being sarcastic. I told him that if I didn't get the cancellation I will just dispute it through my bank, and Jason got really angry saying they I shouldn't t

Great location, right off the highway, the hotel is clean, and the lobby is soooo pretty! Also right next to this hotel is a Starbucks, and a big ten mart gas station so you can get a drink and a snack, or gas before you get on the road.
