DO NOT STAY AT THE RAMADA. If I could give a negative star I would. Whoever manages the place needs to be fired! We went to our room and it was dirty. The girl at the desk was very nice and tried to call the manager and was told “I do not work off the clock figure it out!” The girl behind desk seemed to be new and wasn’t sure what to do. She moved us to a clean room after having to go look which left the front desk unattended. The room was horrible. Smelled of mold and cigarettes, there was no hot water, the breakfast advertised was some generic brand oatmeal, generic muffins, and generic donuts. My compliments to the photographer that took the photos for web sight. The manager not willing to help the girl and being told she is the one that buys the breakfast items and the rooms being dirt

What a DUMP!! $80 per room, with a complimentary continental breakfast gets you... 1. A room that is currently under maintenance, with holes in the walls, and no working room appliances... BUT... The very polite ladies at the desk were happy to move us to... 2. A room with carpet frayed and pulling up at the door. The room smells like a damp basement. No working telephone (apparently throughout the hotel). No hot water in the shower. The bath vanity faucet runs with a trickle. The bathroom door is so water damaged and falling apart that we are afraid to close it all the way in fear of not being able to get out OR it falling off the hinges! 3. The continental breakfast consists of your choices of bread to make toast... with no available toaster! Your choice of flavored instant oatmeal...

Rooms were clean. Carpet was pretty dirty. Vacuumed, but not cleaned for a while. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast had many selections - eggs, sausage,oatmeal, waffles ( both make your own and toaster), PopTarts, bananas, etc. Pool has not been tended to for a while and was not open. It did not have elevators and the stairs to the second floor were pretty high, which could be a problem for some. Half of the hotel is closed off. I would stay there again. It's close to the college and many other businesses.

We booked here because they showed a hot breakfast, other hotels listed on the web whether or not their kitchen was staffed but Ramada failed to do so. The music one of the staff members was playing was not appropriate. The place was beautiful in the lobby!

Our room was filthy. The bathroom had a wide ring and the bottom was dirty. There was dirt on the walls. The nightstands has not been wiped down and there were rings from the last guest. The complimentary shampoo bottles were even dirty. Do NOT recommend!!!!!!!
