I love the people who run it they r very kind but neighbors wanted to visit a lot but my daughter s were there to it's clean and I felt safe did I ll leave my wallet there Amy my id and everything was in it

This place is disgusting. I and my fiancé came to visit family. The bed is nasty, towels not clean, curtains have stains and brown stuff on the walls. The door does not shut and lock. Very nasty odor. The shower has missing tiles the walls are full of holes. I am on the military and this is not patriot like at all! Do not stay!!! Plus dope phemes and prostitutes running in and out all night! I warn you do not stay!

Ok I've been going back and forth to batesville from lake village. Alot of times I needed a place to get away to. My mother was sick with AML and I would come take care of her, help take care of her. Sometimes my famely would comes etc. This place has the nicest people running it. They have always been really nice and helping people. Do not bring small children is not the place for them.! It's jus for older people who really need a room. I'm not saying anything bad, it's jus not the cleanest nor the best neighbor hood. And really you shouldn't longer outside because you will find a friend. This motel is very good for me. I go get my room. And I stay in my room till morning. It is safe as long as you are Aware of your surroundings.. nor that my mother has passed everyth

Melted electrical outlet from portable heater, as the wall unit was broken. Clothes left in the room from previous occupant. ROACHES! Door frame barely held deadbolt. Absolutely disgusting place.

The rooms are getting repainted and there are some spots on the bedding but from washing we are in a big room with 3 beds iv never seen this befor and the bathroom is so big I want one like it at home. Nice place its like some we have in Kansas
