Nice small park with newly remodeled trailers for sale. You can buy a home for less than most places' rent.
This place is ... Pretty shady I guess a place where if you don't belong there. Don't go. Especially after dark
Trashy and gross. Old trailers and a lot druggies around there. At least the police are there often.
Very poor condition. Poor quality place to live.
