Days Inn by Wyndham Batesville AR

I understand why this hotel had vacancy. Now dont get me wrong i wqsnt expevtibv a whole lot, but this was ridiculous. Booked a room and both the Days Inn website, the Wyndham website (we are whndham owners) and hotel.com all said breakfasr was included. While the staff was pleasant enough getting ahold of them was tough. Arrived around 1030 at night. There was a sign on the door to call a phone number for service. Got our room and went to bed. Got up in the morning and went to the front desk area for breakfast. Nothing.. the whole area was empty, not even coffee. Called the number from the night before, and the nimber was out of service. When i finally got ahold of someone i was told thay there was no breakfast. For $100, in a run down hotel in the middle of nowhere, i woipd at least e

Such a hidden treasure. A very nice town and stop on a cross country tour. Great service and wonderful room. Pet friendly and the roads to walk with my pup were beautiful. I felt safe, refreshed and relaxed. |This place was just what we needed after a long day/weeks of travel.

The listing for this hotel is completely inaccurate. When you book the hotel it tells you it comes with breakfast. The only reason we would pay this ridiculous price for a less than mediocre hotel room was with the promise of breakfast. Unfortunately, there was no breakfast and not even a cup of coffee. My husband went to the front desk to at least find coffee and you cant find a live person. You have to call someone's cell phone. Save your money and find a better stay. This place was not worth even $50!

Staff were not very friendly. Well at least not the front desk person. The room was not even ready when we arrived and we're assigned to that room at 4pm (check in was listed as 3pm). We were told it was 2 queen beds instead it was 2 full size beds, that were hard as rocks! There was a hair in our tub meaning it hadn't been cleaned well. The vent in the bathroom was falling out of the ceiling. The shower was all messed up as even when you had the shower on the tub kept going. The bathroom door kept getting stuck on the floor. The plug-in by the sink came completely out of the wall when we unplugged stuff. It's listed that it comes with free breakfast however it's only cereal and yogurt and a muffin if your lucky!

Chris was awesome. I work in Batesville overnights, but live in Cabot. He let me check in at 4am, and check out at 4pm, so I could get some decent sleep before work. Room was spacious, and clean.
