Rainbow Motor Inn

It was very weird that it had a big window and that the ac would stop and turn every 5 minutes. The bed was comfortable but it had hairs and stains and there was a specific stain that made me uncomfortable it was very big and brown 😭 and there was a red stain and the wifi sucks the washroom was ok but no enough toilet paper there was not hot water and the big mirror infront of the bed no thanks 🫩 but very good view!

Place is nice and clean and check in was fast. Room is beautiful, has everything you need for a short stay. Ice machine and microwave are available outside the room but nonetheless, still available to use. Pool is small but cute and enough to cool off on a hot day. Overall, we were happy and also it's only 20 minutes walk to a Clifton hill and Falls.

I booked this hotel through Hotels.com in June for a stay beginning August 15, 2022. My flight on the 15th was canceled due to weather so I called to advise I would be a day late. Was told that would be fine. I arrived on the 16th. Checkin was conducted on the steps outside. Was immediately told parking was $10 a day for weekdays & $15 on weekends & required to pay up front. My room had already been charged to my credit card. Room was on the 3rd floor. Manager did help me with my bag. My room was very disappointing. There was daylight around the AC unit in the wall & around the door to my room. There was only a chain & handle lock. I asked whether I could be moved & was told nothing else was available. The worst place I’ve ever stayed. The bathroom was dirty, the furniture looked dusty, the comforters felt rough, and the rug had strange stains. I had to stay there because they wouldn’t give me a refund, and during the three days I stayed, no one came to clean the room. It does have a good strategic location, but I believe there are many better places to stay. On top of that, I found it outrageous that I had to pay separately for parking. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND it
