Comfort Inn & Suites Pinetop Show Low

This place was my home away from home when I had a water leak. The hotel room was clean and roomy. Brandon and June were awesome and made sure I had everything I needed to make my stay the best possible. I absolutely recommend this hotel

We stayed at Comfort Inn White Mountains for a night with our family and had such a great experience. The owner was incredibly kind and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Honestly, it felt more like staying with family than at a hotel. They helped us with dinner, got us cutlery when we needed it, and were super quick to respond to anything we asked for. It’s rare to come across such genuine hospitality these days—we really appreciated everything and would definitely stay again!

We’ve stayed at this property several times. On one occasion, the garbage from the previous guest was still in the bedroom, and the shower had a pink rim of mold. That was our first negative experience, so we decided to give it another try. This time, the room was clean, which we appreciated. However, when we went down for breakfast, about 45 to 50 minutes before closing, the food was nearly gone. We waited to see if the buffet items like the chafers, milk, and waffle mix would be replenished, but no staff appeared. During our wait, I didn’t see anyone check in or approach the front desk. The front desk attendant remained on the phone for most of the time and didn’t seem to be monitoring the breakfast area. Eventually, I approached him, and he informed me that because it was within 10 mi

NOT GOOD. Rooms 230/233:Rooms not cleaned including unknown stain on bedspread, used false eyelashes stuck to the towel rack, trash cans not emptied. Rooms not restocked with toilet paper and Kleenex. Pitifully skimpy breakfast. Orange juice was just yellow water, coffee was just brown water. One egg. ONE! One packet of salt. Asked for manager, was told manager will “read the notes” of my complaint and adjust our charges when she gets back from an out-of-town trip. I’m not holding my breath! 0/10.

Receptionists were all great. That said, we were there for 4 nights. Breakfast was always the same. I had no problem with not having daily room service but the front desk had a shortage of coffee pods. Only decaf. They need to be properly stocked if we have to stock ourselves. Coffee in lobby was fantastic, shortage of creamers. Facility is showing its age but overall acceptable. I would stay again, especially because of price and would recommend ensuring my friends and family are aware of the items I noted. Thank you.
