Radisson Resort Miami Beach

I had a great stay. My room had a beautiful ocean view and it was very clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I especially want to mention Santiago from valet, when we arrived very late at night, he helped us with our luggage and took care of the car right away. He was extremely kind and made our arrival smooth. Excellent service!

While the location is good, I cannot recommend this resort due to rigid, illogical policies that negatively impacted our comfort for the entire 5-night stay. 1. Critical Room Functionality: Our room were described as "sleeps 3", yet provides only one chair. My daughter and I needed to work and study, but we were unable to sit at the same time. We requested a second chair twice and were denied both times due to 'policy.' It is unreasonable to sell a room for three people that only functions for one. This refusal to accommodate a simple request made the room functionally useless for our needs. 2. Operational Failures: We also experienced a total lack of pool towels and dismissive staff ('No towels!') during the afternoon. At checkout, the Front Desk agent excused this by stating the hotel

Just got back from a stay for 5 days at the Radisson Resort Miami Beach. Overall it was a nice time. Front desk staff were very pleasant we arrived a little early and offered a card to access the pool and get something to eat to check back in 2 hours to which the room was ready upon our return. We had an oceanfront balcony room. The room was extremely clean with a great view, mini fridge and coffee maker, they supplied a couple of waters each day as well. The only downfall to the room is the shared balcony with two other rooms which leads to no privacy at all which is a shame they should put some type of partition up that would be my only suggestion. We stayed at Radisson Miami Beach as a family and booked the room well in advance. We were assigned a room with a view like the one in the photo, although there was no option to book or pay extra for any specific view. Unfortunately, the view is basically a rooftop covered with artificial grass and debris, which is not what you expect from a hotel of this brand. This type of room should rather be used as a utility or technical room, not sold as a standard Double Queen especially since on their websites it looks quite different.|The hotel has three elevators, one of which is a service elevator. The elevators are extremely slow. Several times we waited 10 to 15 minutes. The managers are dishonest. You don't get what you booked After a very long and tiring journey, we were told at the reception that the rooms we booked months in advance were not available. They offer something instead, but the ocean view, the balcony, the number of beds are irrelevant compared to the booking. Meanwhile, you are very tired and just want a shower and a bed. The administrators are nice, but it seems that this is not their fault, but the management's. It is unpleasant for them, since it happens regularly. If you are strong enough with your complaint, after a while a bored manager comes out and offers a free breakfast for the inconvenience, but he can't help either. This hotel used to be very good.
