Radisson Hotel Salt Lake City Airport

Unfortunately, my stay at the Radisson Hotel Salt Lake City Airport had disappointment written all over it. On the positive side, Paul at the front desk was very welcoming, and Keval at the restaurant was attentive and friendly. However, the rest of the experience left much to be desired. The food quality was poor. I ordered a bean salad with shrimp, and was charged $7 for just five tiny pieces of shrimp. My colleagues also commented that the barbecue chicken salad was not good (with quantity being a big disappointment for the price that was paid against the same). The next morning, one of them ordered coffee and received what was essentially a watered-down version of coffee. Positive: The mattress and bedding were so comfortable. In the description it only got 6+ on the the reviews but I think it deserved much higher. It’s 3.5 star rating was spot on They also had underground parking with an elevator to take you right to your room. Negative: No free breakfast but that was definitely NOT a dealbreaker considering the price

The hotel was close to airport parking. I paid a good price for it; we did get our room upgraded for free (it was Christmas eve) the hotel is very nice and clean. However, the website and at location was confusing about how the breakfast worked and I did not get a breakfast, I was unsure if it was included or a pay as you go type. Also, the walls are paper thin, while our room was very nice, I could easily hear conversations in the rooms next to us and a guest left their bathroom fan on all night and I was able to very clearly hear that all night. Overall, the hotel was fine for one night but I don't know if I would stay longer due to the rooms being noisy.

Had an absolutely horrible experience here, the staff was incredibly rude. The travel service messed up my dates and my reservation ended the day before it was supposed to. However that being said I thought it would just be extended another day on the company card. However they decided to come barg into my room while I was sleeping a little after midnight. And demand I pay but they wouldn’t accept cash or my debit card. Wouldn’t even let me sit in the lobby while I was trying to figure it out. While being incredibly rude the whole time. Rooms were dingy to I highly doubt they are washing the bedding adequately. Other than being by the airport I would highly not recommend.

Radisson hotel was an amazing stay. From the minute I walked in at a time that was late0100. Mr John got me booked and check in quickly and comfortably. I wish I had more time to stay longer. I loved my stay and even though it was one service man. He was is a great service man.
