Radisson Hotel Cincinnati Riverfront

My stay was very delightful Corey at the front desk was absolutely top-notch if you ask me. He treated me so kind on my birthday weekend. I had such a wonderful time. Everybody was very pleasant. I believe this is possibly my second review. I think I did one a few days ago, but if you see it, here's more kudos for you. Everybody was great in the facility. Of course the Jets did not work and the jacuzzi but hey it was all good. It was nice just to fit in a tub that fits me with water above my neck. Lol of course the pool was cold but hey the perk was a great room and a great view and definitely great food for brunch it was really great. They had everything you could possibly imagine super definitely just have to go back for the brunch. It was amazing!

Pool heater was broken, water was like doing a polar plunge in freezing water. I called before booking the room to ensure the pool was open because I had two very excited kids who were looking forward to swimming the day after Christmas as well as the information stated the pool was under renovation. Front desk staff assured me the pool was open and ready. This was not the case when we got there because the water was SO cold. Several families just left after barely dipping their toes in. When I mentioned it to the front desk staff on our way back up to our room with two very disappointed kids in tow, he stated I have been telling customers so I don’t have to deal with this as he gestured toward me. Had the front desk staff just been upfront and honest when booking we would have stayed some

If you need a bed to sleep in, the room itself was dated but otherwise clean. If you're going for the amenities (including the rotating restaurant) it was awful (yes the view was the only redeeming quality). We checked in fine, staff were pleasant. Elevator was scary. Had reservations at Eighteen for 7:45 but were told that our table wasnt available for an "unknown length of time" due to lack of availability (even though the restaurant was nearly empty).It took nearly an hour to get a table. Got appetizers and they were great but it took another hour to place an order for dinner and then another hour to get served. It was also FREEZING in the restaurant so much so that we had to go back to the room to get our coats and a blanket. My son ended up falling asleep at the table in his coat wait

Wonderful experience on NYE. Had an excellent view of the Cincinnati skyline from our balcony! The hotel is nice, the rooms and beds are clean. It’s just an outdated property, obvious signs of its age and in need of renovation. That’s the only reason it’s not 5 stars. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Checked in and out first room the toilet was clogged and the ceiling was falling down I. The bathroom. Maintenance came and “worked” on it for about 5 minutes and left. Toilet still broke. So we switched to another room. Walked in and the fridge was ripped it of the cabinets, dirty blankets and sheets thrown around the room, no sheets on bed, muddy foot prints across the floor, broken desk. So we switched to another room again. All counter tops and night stands were sticky and not cleaned at all, a mystery fluid in the frozen over fridge, dead roaches in the stairwells. So we were switched to yet another room (we are 2 hours in so far). The elevator got stuck on the 5th floor, we had to take the stairs (I just had knee surgery). Staff never notified the manager, I had to. After showing him
