Extended Stay America Suites- Cincinnati - Covington

I moved into this location approximately two weeks ago for a 4 month stay. The staff here is super friendly and welcoming, especially Karissa and June! The hotel is very clean and the lobby area always smells so nice! My room is clean and cozy. I have only had one small hiccup with pricing but that was resolved quickly and fairly! I added my cat to my room today and they were very flexible, allowing me to pay the additional pet fees with my next weekly rent payment. I am very appreciative of that. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs an extended stay location in northern Kentucky!

Our room was ok, but there were odd smells in the hallways and elevator including strong smoke and body odors. No odors in our room though and it was comfortable and clean. Not in the best section of town but we never felt unsafe. Not the best hotel but not the worst. The old saying “ you get what you pay for” applies. It’s not luxurious, but it’s sufficient and comfortable, close to Cincinnati and northern ky attractions that we wanted to be close to. Cost ＜$90, so excellent price.

Staff was very accommodating and were friendly rooms are very good for the price as well. We stayed for 8 days and had nothing but positive experiences. Also very close to tons of great restaurants. Also wanted to point out that karisa that works at the front desk is great.

The staff is INCREDIBLE. June is so sweet and friendly!! Along with Karissa & Patty. The manager kevin has been very helpful as well. Would highly recommend this location. As it sits close to downtown, but across the river, so its no noise

I love this place. I only paid $455 including tax for seven nights. My only complaint was the microwave was not at waist high. It was down on a lower shelf so I had to bend over to use it and my suggestion to them was if it could be up on the counter I’m 73 years old 6 foot tall so I had to stoop over a lot to use it but that’s why about my only complaint. I was here seven nights there wasn’t any housekeeping, but I didn’t mind because I don’t really like housekeeping coming in my room every day except if I need you know if I need towels or a change on my bed which I didn’t in which case I would’ve requested it I’m sure I don’t know what the policy is. I’m sure if I had requested it. They would’ve provided it, but that wasn’t an issue for me because I would’ve asked him no service if they
