Please Book Elsewhere!!! This may have been one of my worse stays at a hotel! They attempted to mask a mold smell with glade bathroom room air freshener. I went to the front desk to ask if there was a room that did not have these because it made me feel terrible. My lips felt funny it made my stomach nauseous. I was told all the rooms had them since something happened. By which confirmed that there was dewwy water smell. I let it go and stayed in the room because we had been out all day. Turned air conditioner on to try and hide some of the air freshener smell. Well that didn't really help I tossed and turned all night by now my nose is stuffed I have a headache and can't sleep. About 4 am I decided to go talk to the front desk and explain about how rough the room was so I wouldn't be char

Positive: The rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfortable 😌 Negative: The bad spots on the bathroom floor. The tub wall tile was mildew. Around the top by shower head was dusty and not clean. The rm had suffered water damage (rug) smelled like feet! Terrible, Nowhere to park without paying all the time!

Good location if want to be close to Cincinnati. The food and beverage staff were very kind, pleasant and helpful. . No complaints with front desk staff they were courteous and tried to assist us. Our disappointment was with housekeeping staff. Our room was not serviced over our 6 day stay despite us asking several times. We had to go to desk to obtain clean towels. We realize it was a holiday week but it's very disappointing to be promised to have the room attended to only to return and find nothing done. Very few towels available in pool area. We probably will not stay here again

Room was nice! Some of the fixtures were a but old and worn but overall was good. The best thing about this hotel is the service. We were in town for a wedding and they helped make it a fun experience. Also there was a large snow storm that came in and my wife and I had to leave early and couldn't stay saturday night. My wife and I were prepared to pay for both night and just eat the cost but we were refunded for the 2nd night we weren't able to take. The staff was just very friendly. Would stay here again given the opportunity!

Im actually sad to give such a low review, but ultimately while the staff was amazing and super helpful, unfortunately basic comforts were denied me this weekend. It was an extremely cold weekend and I am from a warmer climate so I'm sure that didn't help. But I set the heater in the room to 76 and woke up with it on about 64° in the room. I stayed 4 nights and was able to enjoy 1 shower warm enough to, you know, enjoy. That shower was less than 5 mins as the water turned quite frigid. That was the one time I was able to get water warm enough to shower in. Maintenance was made aware and I was told it would be addressed, but it wasn't. I want to give a better review, but all I ask for in a room is a bed, toilet and warm shower. Warm shower was a big no. At check out I again reitera
